Day 1 of a planned 3 days of β€˜no solid food’ fasting

Had a feast yesterday πŸ˜†

It will be interesting to see how much weight is gained. I think I would bounce back fast if I was able to πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ run or go to the πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ gym.

However, my work schedule won’t permit either 😒
