Oh- heck no- I was asleep by 10:30- woke at 2 something. I mean- It's rare that I get 8 hours of sleep- but definitely more than 3... Sometimes...if I'm lucky. :P

Irritated when being told how sleep plays a role in things and we need a certain number of hours... Yeah- no kidding. As if I wouldn't be sleeping 7-8 hours if I could. Don't think any of us is purposely choosing 5 hours a night. But I don't typically feel exhausted then (usually) so that's good at least. πŸ‘€

I don't think so... I think by the 31st I will be 199 but not lifting in Tennessee and having restaurant food will make it take the whole month. No hurry but super stoked. πŸ’•πŸ˜ŽπŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

I found my sleep improved as I got closer to my goal weight. I think it was due to GERD, which is mostly gone now.

Really, Gz- That's something to look forward to. Unsure it will be the case for me because I actually don't have GERD. Mine is totally hormone related, I think- because I can sleep like a freakin' champ before my period. And once it starts I'm zipping around on 5 hours with a lot of energy (usually) I mean sometimes it is the usual stress. Or if I know I have something to do the next day, I will have 1 eye open all night. Just knowing I am leaving for Gatlinburg at 6 a.m. tells me there is a chance I'll be driving on 3 hours of sleep. Yes- JC- I keep hearing that from people, too- that it is just beautiful there. Can't wait...πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™‚οΈβ€ This cartwheel girl is my new favorite emoji. LOL

Get Diablo in the Smoky Mountains. He needs at least 2 mountain climbs to even discuss cardio. Okay, kidding. But if you say "Hey, I heard Keith thinks I ought to do more cardio" make sure D isn't driving. :) Enjoy the trip.
