Yesterday, I was willed and determined and even though I only got an hours workout in, I still burned 500 calories and ate about 1300 calories for the day and I still lost.
Today, I am going to try maintaining the same weight with the calorie consumption. I will try.
I am pretty sure I can do it and I will be heading to the gym here shortly to get in a workout for the day.
