So made smoothies this morning. Too much work for the days I'm going to work, but came out pretty good if I do say so myself. Also too much effort to weigh everything before I threw it in the blender so not tracking today. Diamondbacks vs Orioles tonight. Can't wait.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
