goooooooood morning everyone..just weighed in..no change on the scales, but i am lossin in inches...can feel it in my waist...belt is feeling more loose...so i kno its just a matter of days before it shows on the scales...ive been eating a few more calories then i normally do an im beginning to think mabye thats helpin as well...anymore im just not sure what it is...il just be glad for the loss...an hope it continues...in the 70s this morning...so the plan is to do a morning bike ride and then a stationary bike ride...no exercise in 2 days...to hot an humid to mess with it...so body is refreshed an ready to enjoy the workouts...have a greatttttttttt day everyone..keep that water close...

wow..so nice to go for a morning bike ride around town...they are starting to oil the roads an then put small gravel down ...not a good thing for a bicycle rider...but i was care full and avoided falling...lol...

Yes Loosin' it's great that your losing on the waist. I have some jeans shorts that are so loose they almost fall off so like you I am losing more inches around the waist say than pounds at the moment. There is lots of road work here too, on the nearby highway putting up new guardrails not far from where they took a long time to put up new bridge areas that go over a street below the highway. Watch out for that gravel, it's a pain to fall on! Anyway, hope you might be getting new LIGHTS on that bike if you're getting up too early, you can never be too careful you know! :)

glenn when i first started workin off the weight i went to a clothes pantry an traded my pants that were to big for me for pants that was to small for me...motivation to get into the smaller ones..so i have several different smaller size jeans, summer shorts...looks like by the time i get to the summer shorts, summer will be over ..lol...
