Up at 5:30am and have to go to therapy pool orientation at 8. I'd rather be having coffee than splashing around in water at this time of day. I haven't been in a pool in at least 10 years so I'm nervous. I ended up getting a top and bottom that look like yoga clothes so I'm more covered up like a wetsuit. Hope they allow it. I refuse to put on a bathing suit.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
