Did Turbo Kick yesterday & 2 sets of weights. I also swam leisurely for 1 1/2hrs. I'm off to a great start today!....I had 1c Special K red berries w/ 1/2c milk for breakfast= 4pts

I am going to lay by the pool today for a few hrs & do the turbo kick class this afternoon. I am also going to try the elliptical machine...I ususally can not do it because I SIT somehow?? Anyway, if I can not do it then I will walk on treadmill.
249.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 99.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.9 lb a week
