Well, that's the wrong direction! I'm aiming at 20 lbs loss in four months by the 25th, so that gives me an incentive to tighten up the focus. I would need to drop 3 lbs in 10 days, so that is a push, but sometimes that's what it takes to move things forward. I've been a bit lazy and indulgent, so time to snap to it! Time for some IF; back to two meals and 18:6.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
