i haven't worked out in the past 10 days. it's killing me.
jon and i have been in guatemala and granted we walked everywhere everyday, and we climbed hills and a volcano, i still don't feel fit.

i want to loose about 5lbs before the wedding and get my tummy in shape. plus i'll be 25 in a month so it's good reason to try.

138.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
