Yesterday I had a pint of Haagen daze Rocky Road. As I have been craving it for a year and been so good. It was a shut up brain anniversary gift to myself. So today I am lower than ever this year. Yay.

158.8 lb Lost so far: 66.3 lb. Still to go: 18.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a Peanut Butter bash and lost .8. I think the wife had some DQ too and is her lowest so far lol.
