This is my 3rd week on IF+Keto. The first 2 weeks I saw results (lost over 4kg), but 3rd week my weight loss stalling, and I am stuck around 91kg. Went on the internet to investigate. Seems this is a common issue for Ketogenic Diet after 2 weeks mark.

#Plan to How to Break a Weight Loss Stall:
1) Eat your fats. Cut out Carbs. (I skipped my avocados in the last few days)
2) Add more Salt. Drink more water. Have home made Electrolyte Drink.
3) Beef and Butter Fast (for 4 days) (ground beef with butter, and coffee with butter).

Will try these and report again. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yeah very common. Keep going. No reason to do anything special. Just follow your plan.

It's crazy, but I do well on beef and butter, too. It certainly kills the appetite.

I was religiously sticking to my diet at first of daily 5% carbs, 70% fats and 20% protein and calories 1200 to 1300. I lost initially and then hit a plateau and stayed there for 30 days!!! I changed up what I was doing and I seem to be losing 1-2 lbs per week by: 10% carbs (around 25 g carbs), 55% fat (64-70 g) and 35% protein (88-98 g). I also began drinking more water...at least a gallon per day!!!

oh, my calories per day range from 500 to 800....the only way I can lose!

The problem with going so low is that you risk just lowering your metabolism so it will make it harder to maintain. Usually not aiming for that quick a loss and keep your metabolism strong is a better plan

I know I may have to change it up again. I need a hip replacement and I'm trying to lose an additional 14 lbs by the end of August so I can have surgery. I am almost to a wheel chair because the pain is excruciating when I walk...I can't exercise much because of that. I know once surgery is done, I will be able to walk, exercise and will again eat more, but continue to lose weight more slowly...
