when I first on the scale it read 174.8 stepped on again to take a picture and it read 175. I'll take it. Not as hungry when I'm at the pool. I'll snack on a few peanut butter pretzels nuggets (4) and some chip crumbs if I glued them together I would have eaten two chips.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
