I was weary about adding more calories . Thought I would of gained alot but decided to give it a try anyways. It's just hard because my way of thinking has been the lower the calories the better. lol
103.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
