Day 2 back on the routine. One day of fasting and I already feel better - less bloated and my headache is gone (flying swells me up like no joke and being in an air conditioned tube for hours always leaves me feeling headachy and dehydrated).
190.3 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
