I am over halfway to my ultimate goal weight of 135, and it feels fantastic!

I made some poor decisions a couple of days ago on my boyfriend's birthday, but still did better than I EVER have on his or mine birthday. I had a GIANT slice of cake and a bunch of corn chips. But I have tracked it and moved on.

Today I am considering that all of my WPA are gone, and will survive at my DP of 25, and earn as many AP as I can. Plus I will continue to drown myself with water all day long.

It's time for a new week and another pound to go away. Ready, Set, Go!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Those are weight watchers (WW) terms. WPA = Weekly Points Allowance. DP = Daily Points. AP = Activity Points. I'm not sure what MIM means, I've never used that one!

MIM is muffin in a minute. You make it in a coffee mug and put it in the microwave. There are recipes on here that you can look for.
