It is so easy to get side tracked with your eating plan. I got that pound off I gained on vacation, but there are so many good things out there to eat it is hard not to abandon your meal plan and eat what you want. We are so smothered with food advertisements and food cooking shows that we forget that eating is a means of staying alive and we should eat to live and not eat for pleasure. Back in 2012, I looked in the mirror and saw that I was not only over weight, but FAT. I had been on every diet known to man, but nothing worked as good as a low carb life style. That is where I am today, happy and not FAT. Sure I have times when I over do it on carbs, but I quickly get right back on track. It is easier to lose 5 or 10 lbs then to go back to square one and hate myself for gaining all that weight back.

There are ways of eating that allow for your favorite indulgences without guilt and recriminations if you are the type of person that can master portion control and moderation. It does not have to be FAT or GUILTY AND DEPRIVED. There is a middle road.

I never feel deprived with my keto WOE. If I want sweets, I make keto ice cream; if I want crunchy / salty, I eat nuts; for crackers/pizza/nachos, I use microwaved shredded cheese for the crust. All very satisfying.

Gz9gjg— don’t forget that there are many Keto comparable popsicle recipes out there (I just put one up a couple days ago for a coffee one) so you get your Keto in a portioned controlled serving.
