Wow....this can be catchy! LOL....

Actually, the past few days, I have been working very hard to get the weight off just as they do in the Biggest Loser television show.

I have been working out twice per day and getting my heart rate up to enough where I am making a difference. I feel so strong doing it too:)
170.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.2 lb a week
