5 hours of sleep.... again. Hubby lied and said he just had allergies- talked me into making out (which isn't difficult, tbh)💗 - now I have a sore throat. Summer colds suck. In winter they are kinda expected and fit the scene- in summer- blah. Hate it. Plus I very rarely get sick- can go 4-5 years without a cold. Never have had the flu- so it especially irritates me when I get sick. Weight is up. Had a late night hunger issue so chowed on graham crackers and cream cheese. Calories averaging 1742 for the month so it should drop right off. Takes an hour to burn 600 calories and 6 minutes with graham crackers to put it back on. ;) Happy Friday! And a pay day Friday for me... and I am off work- whoo-hoo! Life is good!
207.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
