Ok time to lower the calories again lol. This is from all the restaurant meals this week. Cut those out and it’ll go down again.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep. It's just so hard to eat right when you are eating out.

Yep. Most of the time I don’t want to either lol. Usually when we eat out it’s a celebration or between appointments like this week. If between appointments then we do a lot of walking and usually can’t take leftovers home. Thankfully I could bring half home this time. Doesn’t help when I’m a picky eater lol.
