Water and bloat. I told my Hubby in the morning(yesterday) not to be surprise at a 2 to 3 lb weight loss, he said "no way". Well, in his face😝 No gym today, I'm working on a deck then bulk shopping and cleaning the house in between....lazy, I think not😨😱😳 Have a healthy day 🙋
191.1 lb Lost so far: 38.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
