I'm trying a low carb diet, but am struggling with lack of energy. Even when I get a good night's sleep, I'm still sleepy during the day. My plan is to move to ketogenic, but can't stand the idea of fatty meat. Intend to try lean meat cooked in butter....

I lost weight with keto but I lasted only 1 month. drinking oil like olive and walnut etc requires heavy dedication.
