WHOO HOO!!! Love when the water starts to come off...it's just a boost in the right direction! Feeling great about my newest choice to have joined Curves - not that anything has come from that yet, physically - but it has reorganized my thoughts mentally!

I am shooting for a minimum of 5 lbs / month as my goal. I would like to be where I 'think' I want to be by spring sometime. (June at the latest).

I have been faithfully eating low carb.

I have been more energetic, happier, more peaceful...and generally more focused this last week or 10 days... than the last 6 months combined!!!

That's a win in my book!!!

165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

this site drives me! My weight history (blue graph w/ the dots...shows my Jan 1 weigh in, and today's) but my recent weigh in this morning did not record any loss. Just reset my number from 168 to 165.. Lost so far 0 lbs. Not that it matters...cause I know... but really? how frustrating to someone who is new. that used to be a really big motivator for me!!! I'll get over it...but wish this thing worked better.

Well YOU know what it is. CONGRATULATIONS on the loss, Paula. FS will catch up at some point. Isnt it amazing how much better you can feel eating well? Well done.

OH YEAH!!! Thanks Heather! It's not easy to transition back to total Induction (for those eating low carb or atkins, you know what I mean!) But it's worth it. It's kind of like a natural, whole foods kind of cleanse for the system. Clearer thinking, more energy - and a I CAN DO THIS return to my mentality!!! WHOOO HOO!

I don't know, Buffy... but I am motivated now...and that's all that counts. Went to curves...had some fun w/ some lady friends, then when I came home...well, check out my next journal!!! details to follow.
