For the months of May and June I was 100% dedicated to my resistance band working the different muscle groups on alternate days. Just added Zumba to my activities (25 min x 3 per week) and fat is dripping a little faster 😍 I do it all from home too! We have Zumba for the Wii and it's so much fun!

In the past, excuses for lack of time was my go to. I can't wrap my head around that now. it's so easy to change into comfy attire, put the hair up, grab those bands and pop in a Zumba disc. So thankful to fall into good habits.
226.1 lb Lost so far: 101.9 lb.    Still to go: 61.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m addicted to using my resistance bands while I’m watching TV!! I almost feel guilty about how lazy it seems, but it’s totally working!! LOL 😂 📺💪🦵

Good example, I need to get that habit going. After work I am in so much pain, it's hard to even get up for work each day. Just do it!!

@mrsroboto it doesn't sound lazy at all! You're using the band! Good for you! Lots of us watch tv while walking, cycling, etc. @Kenna, exactly! @keyten I would love to learn salsa! @ccrai22 try a little by little. I doubt anyone here starts day#1 running marathons.
