Goethe's Journal, 05 December 2012

Today I went to the nutritionist, I expected a lesser weight loss, however, I was quite satisfied with the result, 3.6Kg of weight loss, not bad, and lost from 115cm of belly to 101cm.

My Uric Acid Levels are quite high still.

Today´s visit are an injection of motivation, if when I feel bad that usually motivate me more, when I'm happy as I'm today, I feel incredible... ;)
230.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks man! ;) I was a really frustrated because of I thought I had lost like half of that, but it was a real boost watching the results and knowing how much I lost in measures also! :)

Well done on the loss. Shame that your UA is still high, but hopefully that will drop too.

Another very strong day of diet and exercises, to tell you guys the truth, I'm not feeling very hungry, probally because of the Thermogenic I'm taking, today I also destroyed my Bike in an accident that only left my Caloi 10 very damaged, somehow I managed to escape nearly intact. But it's all good...
