PM weigh in. 11 hrs sleep. 14 hrs fasted. Gym this AM, 274k lbs moved. 24 hr refeed again.
272.4 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry Keyten I changed my weigh in, it deleted your comment. A day in the life.. I went to bed at 4am, had to get up with my son around 7am, back to bed until 245pm when the sitter left. It was time forva nap so I went back to bed. My wife came home in the meantime. There's probably a lot less sleep then it looks..
