I am all good with this weight today. The couple of things I noticed in the last three weeks...my waist (first place I store fat) measurements haven't gone up, My lifting weights have increased as well as reps at the gym and I reduced my insulin dose. given this information I am slowly moving to where I set my goal (2.5 years)...but like I was telling my wife this morning - I am accepting being a little under as long as I feel good and I physically look ok. Have a great day everyone.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
