I am up a little..but thats okay because I haven't done so well the last 2 days anyway. My 16mo old son had surgery & with that came no sleep or willpower! I am going grocery shopping today & will get back on track!

249.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 99.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 1.9 lb a week

I hope your baby recovers well from his surgery! Don't worry about your diet right now, there are things that are more important!! Good luck!!
