VARIATION IN WEIGHT IS BECAUSE WHEN i STARTED RECORDING MY NUMBERS i WAS GOING BY MY SCALE WEIGHT BUT ACTUALLY i AM GOING TO A WEIGHT LOSS DOCTOR AND AM GOING TO GO BY HIS RECORDED WEIGHTS. i STARTED AT 329 LBS AND WEIGHED IN AT 321 TODAY SO MY WEIGHT LOSS ACCORDING TO HIM IS 8 lbs i WILL BE SEEING HIM ONCE A MONTH. SO MY LOSS FOR THIS PAST MONTH IS ACTUALLY 8 LBS.
