Ready for Hump Day? The Heat Wave 👋 in SoCal still meanders today. Hopefully not above 💯!! Only on the 80’s on Thursday.

I continued the maintenance process and hopefully can increase the muscle %. Maybe we need a New Scale that provides the details.

Gym was packed this morning. I guess we are thinking about those new swimsuits for the Beach Vacations. Haha 😂 Concentrated on Chest, Pull-ups (Strict), Inverted Row, Close Grip DB Press & Offset Pushups.

Time to find that New Scale!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
