I can’t wait to hit onederland!! I’m at a slow go since my total hysterectomy 3 weeks ago My weight actually went back up to 230 after due to all the fluids given and swelling. Then I hit 218 but then I was on 10 days of steroids. I haven’t logged a weight because it’s just not accurate yet. One morning I could be 227 but a few hours later be legit 218, 221. Today was 221.4 which is actually crazy after 10 days of heavy steroids. I’m not going to worry about it too much for another 2 weeks. All I can do is focus on my eating and walking and a weekly deficit. I can’t wait to be cleared to go back to work and exercise.
