NSV - Shirt I'm wearing today hasn't been on this body in years. It will be going in the Donation bag, but very excited to put it on.

Up most of the night in pain, so cancelled my trip out to Surprise for my friends swim party. Just going to chill at home and maybe see Dark Phoenix this evening with my sister & Bro-n-law.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
