I can't believe how hard it is to stay away from white flour, sugar and potatoes. I know these foods cause me difficulties, but it is so hard not to eat them - either because they are served everywhere or because I choose them. The more I realize I need to remove them from meals, the more I want them. Aaaagggghhh!

I am trying, but it seems to be harder and harder to keep away from them. The saving grace is that I am losing weight and at times, that seems to be enough to make a healthier choice.

Have a great day everyone.

I have also been drawn to them and find myself fantasizing about pizza and pasta again. Just stick to your guns. Your chart really does look amazing. Keep it moving on down!

I nearly died on Sunday when I went to Whole Foods and while having 'linner', they decided to restock their pastry section with fresh goodies such as chocolate and vanilla cake, pudding, mouse, etc. Ugh....it's still got a hold of me even to today! Time for some spinach and tuna. :-P
