I walked an hour today with a friend...not eating in the evening...ate blueberries and walnuts for breakfast. hope tomorrow is a good day.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
