Finally. I have taken it rather easy on working out this week while simultaneously conducting an experiment in intermittent fasting. It appears to have worked. I will be at it again this coming week, continuing the experiment.
255.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
