So, next time you're not hungry, instead of waiting until you're famished, would eating a little snack when you start to feel a little hunger work?

Idk. I don't eat when I'm not hungry and I do eat when I am. It's a new thing I do. Lol. So I ate a pb&j, bowl of cocoa puffs, coffee and animal crackers. Feeling not hungry and not stuffed. We'll see what happens. Probably focus on getting a little more protein the second half of the day.
