Still keeping the weight off. Portion control, intermittently fasting and body weight exercises. Last evening, My Wife cooked up a mess of mixed vegetables, massive baked potato with heart healthy spread and a huge steak which I did not eat all of (note: I COULD have eaten the whole thing but refrained). Reaping the rewards of less weight, feeling better, no illnesses since January. High BP under control with 2 meds. Next step: Stop the diuretic med for BP by cardio twice a week.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
