We should eat Avocado's for Diabetes. I didn't know that about the fruit but I know it is delish! I added it to my woe almost 3 weeks ago!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 144.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
