lost 4 pounds in 2 days...I think my clothes are still as snug as ever. Although I am happy I have lost, I'm not going to get TOO excited as my weight tends to go up and down often.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
