Still not at the gym. The abdominal pain is easing up a bit. I'm hoping to be able to get back to normal by next week. I'm getting in at least a half an hours worth of exercise(wink wink Chris). Have a healthy day 🙋
188.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
