Hot and sunny July weather with green, green grass and flowers in full bloom. I love this time of year. Corn is as tall as I am and starting to tassel. Grandchildren and children have been visiting. We have had a fantastic last few weeks. Atkins is going well except for a few occasions and as one would expect this has slowed weight loss considerably.
