Weighed in this morning on my new scale. Trying to shake things up a bit as I had stalled. Doing the 3-day "Military diet" Mon-Wed and then will eat my regular diet the rest of the week. Will see if this helps. I have lost 2 pounds since Monday near as I can tell with the scale issues, so that is good. I am pretty sure I had gained 2-3 pounds since my last weigh in and now it shows a one pound loss.
256.4 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
