Weight is up a tad because I haven't had a BM in 3 days. I'm quite sure there's more than 1/2 pound waiting to be eliminated, though, so I'm okay with the slight gain. Woke up this morning with a sore throat. Had a GIANT orange (350g). Then, I fixed a bowl of oatmeal with raisins, pecans, butter, stevia, and cream - oatmeal usually moves things through my system.

I'm getting my hair cut today! I've been trying to let it grow long because my young friend things I will look younger; but, since I had it bleached to dye pink I have HATED the texture, and it looks terrible unless I spend a lot of time curling it. SO, back to my "old lady" hairstyle. It will be GREAT with the pool opening on Saturday!

Got up later than usual but still feel like I'd like to go back to bed. If I do, though, I'll be hard pressed to get in all my water. I'm afraid today is going to be a "hungry day" and one where I'll keep eating things to try to sooth my throat. I'm setting my alarm to go off every hour to remind me to finish a cup of water by then; and, I'm only allowing myself to eat something every two hours.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 82.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to bleach my hair, and it does make it brittle. I'm sure your scale will move when "you" do. that's usually my biggest factor most days when I gain too!

There's nothing "old lady" about you. Pink? That's cool that you tried it. Are you drinking room temp water or warm. I prefer warm water especially when not feeling well with an herbal tea or lime.

She DID cut off quite a lot of hair, @From37to184, but no weight loss this morning -- maybe if I ever shaved my LEGS!

Sorry you have a sore throat. I too had a hair cut day before yesterday. Since I keep it short I usually trim it every 4 weeks, but it had been 6 1/2. I have really let myself go since my sister-in-laws funeral. It's been almost 5 weeks since I had a "fill" on my nails. The only time I ever went so long before was on vacation or when I pulled my arm apart falling off the arbor. Oh yes, and breaking my back 6 years ago helping hubby. I will spiff up now and get out of this funk.
