Busy this weekend and resulted in weight loss. Only ate a few Cals yesterday due to attending two different activities - Special Olympic Run 🏃, followed by the Dinner.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
