Day 2 of a planned 3 days of eating

I decided to stop by McDonaldโ€™s and get breakfast in the drive-thru. This is something I used to always do up until last year (when I was obese).

The McDonald's Sausage Biscuit still tasted great. However, this kicked off hunger throughout the day. I ended up having a ๐Ÿ” and ๐ŸŸ for lunch and had ๐Ÿ• for dinner.

Just eating like a normal person, right?

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ I plan to hit the weights at gym hard and heavy today and tomorrow. Last week this apparently prevented the weight gain, from eating so many carbs, from โ€˜sticking aroundโ€™.

@Keilin_4, @TomLong, @moufette123, @mrsroboto - Thanks! "Mentally" I needed to 'let go' and eat what I wanted. This helps me 'actually diet' during the week. I will take a 'hit' on the scale, but, hopefully I will 'balance it out' with weight lifting and dieting during the week. So, yes "Life" really is "Good" :)
