3 days of stomach flu.... weighed at urgent care... goal weight met but not the ideal way. 9:30 am fasting last “meal” yogurt at 8pm last night.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
