This morning I woke up at 9am then I exercise [dancing exercise] at least 60 minutes started at 10 am - 11 am then I have my brunch at 12 pm with 1 scrambled egg with half a cup of rice and a sliced of pineapple.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
