My weight has been fluctuating within a reasonable range. Yesterday I worked long hours and neglected to eat enough and exercise. I wasn't at all hungry, but I felt very blah and looking back I know I ate a lot less. I am pretty sure this is why last night's rest was incredibly poor.

Yesterday I helped at a health fair for people with mental illness, helping attendees to articulate health goals. It was rewarding and a lot of fun! I stumbled a little with the woman who said that Jesus wants her to lose 40lbs by eating nothing and consuming only fluids, and another guy who insisted he wanted to go from zero hours of exercise per day to "at least four hours" but I think I did the best I could with these individuals! Physical health and weight are statistically big problems among people diagnosed with mental illness for various reasons so it felt good to help. I might start a support group for this topic.

I have a phone appointment with my school advisor today but technically I'm on break from school for Christmas. Time to focus on getting ready and the fact that my sister is coming!

I'm rambling but just wanted to say hi to my buddies. Hope you are all well and happy and feeling gorgeous.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Cindy :) Sounds like you did a fabulous job at the fair. Your compassion for others is inspiring. I hope that you have a wonderful time with your sister, family is so very important this time of year. Enjoy your break from school and get your much needed rest!
