I am on the mend from being sick the last two days. I did not use my sickness to binge, which is huge!

That was my MO in the past to suck down tons of Orange Strawberry Sunny D. Sunny D is actually one of my food restrictions because of the citric acid. It would have been a triple naughty. But I did good and I only thought about it 2-3 times. Plus, no tears or a pity party. LOL

I also did not binge on bread/toast and I kept to my OMAD. All in all, my best sick days ever! If there is such a thing.

Yesterday's #'s: Chol 115 /Fat 45.4/ Carbs 191.6/ Sugar 74/ Prot 73.11/ Cals 1425/ Cals spent 2041 / 84 oz plus 24 oz iced coffee

Tues's #'s: Chol 168 /Fat 95.55/ Carbs 79.25/ Sugar 29.71/ Prot 54/ Cals 1410/ Cals spent 2034 / 30-40 oz. I had as much as I could. It hurt my throat to much to swallow
253.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
