it was really hard to stay on track, but i did it! the scale really helped reinforce my dedication to keep my carb intake down. i love how i feel, and can't wait to get back into my skinny jeans in january!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
