Another pound gone. What's worked for me is upping my fiber, I never realized how low that was every day (10-12g). So I take a fiber supplement to get it up to the recommended 25-30g per day. It has side effects lol, but hopefully my body will adjust and quit being embarrassing. Also, eating every three hours I believe has kick started my metabolism. Those are the two things I've changed in the past 5 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds, where I was stuck for months before.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job Christy!! It sounds like you found what your body was lacking and now you are back on track. Your body will start adjusting to the fiber soon and you are right, eating every 3 hours is the way to go. Keep up the good work!!
